Ebisudo Onsen Hotel Shiroi Todai, located in Hiwasa, Tokushima Prefecture, is a hot spring hotel on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean. In addition to a seaside stay with all rooms overlooking the ocean, a portion of inside the inn is open to local cats and rescue cats.

Cats are not staff members who are always on hand to set service hours. Do not close the door to keep the cat in the guest room, and do not wake a sleeping cat or chase them. Seaside food and sightseeing in Hiwasa
The meal plan includes dishes centered on seafood typical of a seaside area. Menus, dining venues, and pet-friendly conditions vary depending on the plan. This inn is suitable for itineraries that combine time with resident cats, as well as the sea of Hiwasa, Yakuoji Temple, and Ohama Beach, which is known for its sea turtles.
About 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot from JR Hiwasa Station. Tokushima Prefecture tourist information also provides information on parking. The road to the hill becomes dark at night, so be sure to check your arrival time and route in advance.
