Dinner is mountain village cuisine using a charcoal-fired hearth. Akagi beef, Gunma Prefecture’s brand of rainbow trout “Ginhikari”, salt-grilled river fish, and kamameshi are featured. In addition to half-board plans, there are also plans that include breakfast and overnight stays, so you can also combine it with a food trip around the hot spring town.
