Access
About 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station. If you are using public transportation, there is a shuttle service from Kita-Karuizawa bus stop. Please use the route specified by the inn and Google Maps as the address search on your car navigation system may not provide accurate directions.
Officially, once you have set Tsumagoi Kogen Brewery as your destination, they will guide you about a 3km route starting just before that, relying on the inn’s signboard. Check your route before entering the forest, as Google Maps may show shortcuts that are difficult to follow.
By public transportation, there is a shuttle service available from Kita-Karuizawa bus stop or Manza/Kazawaguchi station on the JR Azuma line. Advance reservations are required as arrival flight and time are specified. Please prepare your car with winter tires in anticipation of snowfall from December onwards.
