According to Official Accommodation Information, the guest room is a Japanese-style room on the second floor and is completely non-smoking. It is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, heating, and table, as well as towels, yukatas, and toothbrushes.

Toilets and washrooms are shared facilities for men and women. People who need a hotel-like guest room with plumbing need to be careful, but it’s an easy-to-understand configuration for people who want a simple Japanese-style room where they can rest on futons.

Separate men’s and women’s baths are available from 16:00 to 23:30.You can take a shower from 6am the next morning. There are two paid washing machines and two dryers, which are convenient if you want to wash your clothes for a long stay or for work.

Confirmation of daily meals and consecutive stays

The dining room is on the 1st floor. Breakfast is Japanese-style, while dinner features a daily changing selection of home-style Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. The official information describes the inn’s policy of changing the menu every day. The dishes shown in photographs may not be served on the day of your stay, so do not treat the photographs as a fixed menu.

It can be used not only for business but also for general travel. However, prices and meal deadlines may change depending on the number of people and length of stay, so please check on the official reservation page or by phone.

Check Wi-Fi and work desk separately.

The official business and long-stay page describes Wi-Fi inside the inn and 1 single guest room equipped with a work desk. This does not mean that every Japanese-style room has a desk. If you need a desk, ask whether you can request the relevant room, and separately ask about connection speed and whether online meetings are possible.

For long-term stays, meals are available, and laundry is also available for a fee. If you plan to return late, check if you can make it in time for dinner and laundry. Considering not only spending time with the cat but also where you will have your daily meals, do laundry, and work, it will be easier to decide if the stay is suitable.

Access via subway and bus

Official access route map indicates that from Sendai Station, take the subway Namboku Line to Asahigaoka Station, transfer to the municipal bus, and walk from the “Tsurugaya 4-chome Kita” stop for about 10 minutes. This does not mean the inn is a 10-minute walk from the station.

Bus schedules can be confirmed at the Sendai City Transportation Bureau, which can be found on the official access page. For night arrivals or trips with large luggage, plan your arrival to include transfer waiting time and walking from the stop. This text does not assume the use of transportation.

By car, the official guideline is about 10 minutes from Izumi IC on the Tohoku Expressway to Route 4 towards Sendai. The time required varies depending on road conditions. Regarding parking, please inform us of the vehicle type and number when making a reservation to confirm availability.

Things to check before making a reservation

If meeting cats is the main purpose of your trip, first ask, “Do cats still reside inside the inn?” and “Are there any rules for where guests can meet them and what are the interaction rules?”This is to avoid guessing how guests will respond on the day based on their past impressions.

The guest room is on the second floor, and the toilet and sink are shared. If you have any concerns about navigating stairs or using shared facilities, please contact the inn before making a reservation. If a private bath/toilet in the guest room is required, it will be easier to make a decision by comparing other accommodations.

The official website announces that the online reservation system has been changed to 2026-06-26.For new reservations, proceed from the current reservation entrance on the Official Top Page, and to confirm or change previous reservations, use the old reservation guide on the same page. Please be careful not to use bookmarks from the old reservation screen.

This accommodation is suitable for people
